Kitty Digger: The Golden Yarn

This Privacy Policy explains how Odin Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the Kitty Digger mobile game ("the App"). The short version: Kitty Digger does not collect, store, or sell any personal data. The game runs on your device, and we do not operate any servers for it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress (coins, gems, upgrades, collected relics, settings and similar game data) is saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data never leaves your device except through the Apple services described below, which you control.

3. Apple Services

The App uses the following services provided by Apple. They are governed by Apple's own privacy policy, and we do not receive personal information from them.

• iCloud: if you are signed in to iCloud, a copy of your game progress is stored in your private iCloud account so it can move with you to a new device. We cannot access it.
• Game Center: if you sign in to Game Center, your Abyss depth record and achievements are shared with Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards. Your Game Center nickname may be visible to other players on the leaderboard.
• In-App Purchases: gem packs and the Starter Pack are purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see or store your payment details.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, the App schedules local reminders on your device (for example, when your fish snacks are full). These are created on your device and are not sent through our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Kitty Digger is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Deleting Your Data

You can erase all game progress at any time in the App under Settings → Reset progress. Deleting the App removes the data stored on your device. To remove the iCloud copy, open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, and delete the Kitty Digger data.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
