Will I have to add my products to the app separately?
No. Your products, stock and prices come live from ikas. Every change you make in the ikas panel shows up in the app on its own.
Where do I manage orders?
Where you always do: your ikas panel. Orders from the app land in the same place as your web orders.
Who sends the push notifications?
You do. We set up a panel where you can send campaigns and announcements easily, while reminders like abandoned carts can run automatically.
How long until the app is live?
It depends on the scope; we give you a clear date on the first call. Throughout, we work on a build running on your own phone.
