Celebry — Celebrity Lookalike App

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Celebry mobile application ("the App") operated by Odin Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Celebry is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided photos and identify celebrity lookalikes. The App compares facial features in your photos against publicly available celebrity data and provides similarity scores and match results for entertainment purposes.
By accessing or using Celebry, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
By uploading photos to Celebry, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and share such photos, and that the photos do not violate any third party's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your photos solely for the purpose of providing the celebrity lookalike service.
The celebrity lookalike results provided by Celebry are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, and similarity scores are algorithmic estimations. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis results. The App does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with any celebrity identified in the results.
Celebry offers a premium subscription ("Celebry Unlimited") that provides access to additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and processed by Apple. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App and its original content (excluding user-provided photos), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Odin Studio. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent. Celebrity images displayed in results are sourced from publicly available databases such as Wikipedia and are subject to their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Odin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
